Pilates is an exercise method which teaches you awareness and control of your body.  Developed in the early 20th century by Joseph H. Pilates, it strengthens the deep postural muscles to improve your core stability and improves joint strength and flexibility.

Who is it for?

Joseph Pilates 1880-1967

Over a hundred years since Joseph Pilates first developed his exercises, more and more people of all fitness levels are turning to this method. The original Pilates exercises can take many years to perfect.

I break down those exercises so clients can enjoy the benefits of Pilates while working safely and effectively as they move towards the more advanced exercises.
